These terms govern your use of vchecklist (the "Service"), operated by Virtual Random LLC, Erosi Manjgaladze St. 75a, Nadzaladevi District, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
vchecklist lets you create, save, share and complete checklists, and lets organizations assign and schedule checklists for their members. The Service is currently free and provided in beta; features may change or be removed.
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use the Service to break the law, harass others, send spam, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with or overload the Service, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Administrators who invite people or assign checklists are responsible for having the right to do so, including any lawful basis and notices required when handling their members' or employees' data. Members can leave an organization at any time.
You own the content you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process it solely to run the Service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Template checklists are general starting points, not professional advice. This includes templates for aircraft, boats, vehicles, workplace safety and similar activities. They are not a substitute for official manuals, manufacturer instructions, regulations or qualified professional judgment. You are solely responsible for deciding what a checklist must contain and for any decisions or actions you take based on it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, so do not rely on it as your only copy of critical information.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the Service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms and will change the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
